Although most of the TV sets we build are for RTE, we also have a long list of production companies that we work with such as Tyrone Productions, Green Inc and Sideline TV. We have built sets for the RTE Late Late Show, Primetime, The RTE News, Podge and Rodge, The Lotto, Winning Streak and The Den.

National Ploughing Championships 2010 - Athy, Co. Kildare

The National Ploughing Championships took place in Athy, Co. Kildare between the 21st and 23rd of September this year. We were delighted to have been asked once again to provide the stands for the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and also for the Department of Community, Justice and Gaeltacht Affairs. The hugely popular show was once again a great success for all involved with an estimated 140,000 people visiting the event during its three days. Present at the show were exhibitors and visitors from no less than 15 countries.

New RTE Sports Studio - Aviva Stadium, Landsdowne Rd

Probably one of the most talked about events of the year has been the re-opening of the Landsdowne Road Stadium in Dublin, now renamed the Aviva Stadium. 53 Degrees was proud to have been commissioned to build and install the new Sports TV studios at the stadium to be used by RTE for its broadcasting requirements.

TVNow - VIP Awards 2010 - The Mansion House,   Dublin

 The TVNow VIP Awards were held in Dublin's Mansion House on Saturday the 22nd May 2010. This yearly event has grown substantially over the years attracting many of television's stars and iconic figures, together with many well-known, high profile guests from other walks of life. 53 Degrees Design had the honour yet again to be asked to provide the set design and staging for these televised awards. The show, which was broadcast on Ireland's TV3 subsequently, was a tremendous success.
